Despite the confinement period, during which I ordered on the site, I am very happy with the order tracking, the delivery, there were some springs missing for the trampoline but shortly after I reported it to France Trampoline, it was shipped quickly. Professionalism is there. The quality of the trampoline is in line with the description.

Very happy with our purchase! The trampoline and accessories are of very good quality. My husband was able to assemble it (almost) by himself! The assembly parts are sturdy and the materials used seem really durable. Nothing to compare with those found at the competitor 'à fond la forme'! I highly recommend this brand, especially for the delivery service, as despite the confinement period and a delay in the announced deadlines, the carriers are also very serious (tracking the package from A to Z, and reachable immediately). Also available by phone, the technicians are attentive and provide good advice. The only small downside: the assembly instructions, which could be optimized. Thank you for this superb product, the kids approve!

Regarding the delivery, the trampoline arrived later than expected. As we were absent because we were not informed of the delivery day, the delivery person called us to say that he would leave the trampoline in front of the gate even though we had left instructions. He justified the drop at the gate by saying that it wouldn't be stolen. We insisted that he leave the trampoline with the neighbors.

Very good product this oval trampoline, small downside - the green protection along does not hold well on the structure bars. Too bad, it needs to be readjusted. - the exit net in front of the ladder should have something hard on each side of the closure, it's a hassle for a 5-year-old to go down without pulling on the net which quickly deforms. - the basketball hoop is not great for the price, the attachment system needs improvement, it damages the green protection of the trampoline. But I still recommend this trampoline for a gymnast, it's ideal for doing flips and somersaults. Thank you

We found the item we wanted but the announced shipping delay was already long and was further extended due to an error in processing our order apparently. Other than that, the item meets our expectations and was well packaged.

Order in the difficult context of confinement. Delay and partial delivery, overall satisfactory given the conditions and good communication from customer service. However, the logistics providers for delivery are not up to par, unreachable, and not flexible at all. The second delivery was left in front of our door in view of everyone in our absence. The delivery person signed in our place, thus validating the delivery. Once installed, the trampoline is completely satisfactory.

I am disappointed. The delivery took much longer than indicated. We waited almost two months for the delivery. There was no German contact person, very bad. Description of the product in another language, insufficient. For the money, the quality is satisfactory. There was already a small hole at the top of the tent.
