That's how it must be. The product description on the homepage was clear and informative, so I immediately knew what to order. Delivery came as announced and fully matched the description. Price performance very good. We were totally satisfied, thank you. Anytime again.

My trampoline has still not been delivered after 2 months of ordering. The first appointment with the delivery person was not honored by the delivery people, the second appointment was the same. After 3 calls, I learned that the trampoline was broken during the second appointment. No clear information to date on the expected new delivery date.

What I didn't like is really the unavailability of the items because they are accessories that are not complicated, like a shoe rack or the small ladder that can be found everywhere else and the waiting times are over 2 months so one shouldn't take advantage of that. On the other hand, there are no promotions or discounts on the amount of my order that I paid in advance.
