Very professional, attentive to the customer

I needed to contact them before the purchase to ensure I was ordering the right product (replacement jumping mat) that I needed and before delivery (lockdown period delaying it). Both times, I was welcomed well and received clear, precise answers that later proved to be correct. Package arrived in very good condition. I only gave 4 stars because the paint from the designs on the mat slightly stained the children's synthetic clothes; too bad.

I called because during this particular period we are going through I was not sure about the process and I was also unsure about my dimensions. Just a jumping mat to repurchase.
