Late delivery due to COVID-19 but in line with the initially planned date. Easy assembly. Good quality trampoline.

A bit long delay but completely logical due to the lockdown. Chaotic tracking, contradictory information on the tracking on the website and by phone. The net ordered as a replacement for the first one is of lower quality than the one from my initial order, which is disappointing given the price.

Delivery time too long with no precise dates, I have an order that was canceled without my consent and being notified.. so I received a trampoline accessory but without my trampoline 🙂 super useful.

The trampoline even arrived a bit before the specified delivery date, the assembly went smoothly (although you need at least two people), the quality is really top-notch!

Satisfied with the product, assembly in 2 hours nothing complicated. However, one of the seams of the spring protection (at the foot level) has already started to come undone. Order placed during confinement so extended delay but always kept informed, delivery ok. good product that seems to be of good quality and more robust in its design than Decathlon or others.

Material conforms to expectations. The fiberglass arch is no longer in one piece with an elastic in the middle, which allows for better adjustment of the perimeter of the upper circle of the net, by putting as many elements as necessary. The downside is that they seem to disconnect more easily.
