Multiple delays in delivery were less than pleasant. However, once the trampoline was finally shipped, everything went well and the goods are satisfactory. The assembly instructions are better in French than in German.

Item ordered during the lockdown with a delay of one month before the announced reception (no issues) however the delay was extended by an additional month and a half, we can understand given the health crisis but a commercial gesture would have been appreciated

Quality product very easy to assemble even for a DIY novice!

Correct and quality product, but the spring braking system is undersized for this 45 m zip line. You indicate that the max slope is 8% (the elevation is therefore 3.60 m) and that the max weight is 110 kg. The energy that the spring must be able to withstand should be: 110 X 9.81 X 3.60 = 3885 joules. However, the spring is completely compressed at 700 joules, which is very insufficient.
