*** Regarding the order and payment confirmation, a disaster. Between the order and the shipment, there was no confirmation of the bank deposit. My attempts to communicate with you were another failure. Despite everything, the trampoline is very good.

The product is compliant, we recently assembled it, but I find that it lacks some additional explanations in certain places for assembly. We took photos because some straps holding the net were damaged upon opening the package. I have photos that I can send you. Please provide me with an address for the photos. Regards.

Would highly recommend France Trampoline for excellent quality products and fantastic customer service. Ordered zip line, Ninja slack line and large oval trampoline in May and thank goodness we did as it kept our children happy, fit and busy during lockdown.
