The problem is in the transport as my package arrived open in 2 places and the hoops could easily come out as they slipped between each other.

The product , in my case a replacement mat , was of very good quality and the correct size. Please be aware this company question what size you order and the emails go into your junk so despatch can be delayed !!
Robust and high-quality product. The only downside is that the assembly instructions are not explicit enough. Galvanized tubes with proper numbers would be much more reassuring to start the assembly
