What I didn't like is really the unavailability of the items because they are accessories that are not complicated, like a shoe rack or the small ladder that can be found everywhere else and the waiting times are over 2 months so one shouldn't take advantage of that. On the other hand, there are no promotions or discounts on the amount of my order that I paid in advance.

Assembly is quite easy. A small defect on a cushion was taken under warranty immediately. So far it's perfect, I recommend it to those around me.
