Order ok

Overall good quality and good customer follow-up. However, the small plastic parts of the trampoline are fragile. I had a problem with a part of the ladder and now with the tensioners under the trampoline. It's a shame because we bought French to avoid this kind of inconvenience.

Ordering was easy, despite the announcement of a waiting time, it still went relatively quickly. I had chosen purchase on account, which wasted time because the amount had to arrive first. Otherwise very satisfied and our trampoline roof serves its purpose perfectly.

A few small issues related to the carrier but quickly resolved thanks to a customer service that is easily reachable and responsive. Thank you.

As I ordered without being at home, I relied on the information present on the site, however, the size of your springs has changed for the Ovalie and I ended up with springs that were too short... exchange made without any problem, long delays to my taste but for a health crisis period, probably normal.
