Well-made assembly instructions and available customer service.

There was an order error, I received the package of another person. I had to wait.

We were delivered on time... However, the address, which was incorrectly stated, had not been corrected... and the delivery person was relevant....

The material is compliant. However, we had requested a small commercial gesture as we are regular customers. Every year we renew our equipment. Last year we bought a net but the zipper is of very poor quality and is already broken. No gesture was made....

Top-notch after-sales service. Quality material. I recommend it without hesitation. I had a small issue with a part during assembly, the replacement was done easily and quickly. Excellent.

Fast delivery time. However, it is a pity to have to request the assembly instructions after delivery. It could have been included with the product or more ecologically, via access on your site.

One part is not suitable and proves to be unsafe for the use of the whole. We did not receive a response to our request made by email with attached photographs as requested. We cannot develop our site with this type of material under these conditions.

I searched many sites for spare parts for my trampoline and managed to find them all on Salt'In Italy: an embarrassing choice and many possibilities for customization and improvement of the parts literally changed my trampoline. Unfortunately, the Covid emergency delayed the delivery but my patience was rewarded with a very welcome gift! Customer service also gave me the option to cancel the order but I preferred to wait since the parts I found were unique in their kind.
