Very good welcome from France Trampoline, but difficulty in delivering the product by the transport company: the details provided to find the location (which does not appear on GPS) were not observed and I had to intervene three times for the package to be delivered to me. It is necessary to specify to the drivers that one can use the trampoline far from GPS....

Super seller. We ordered a cover to redo our old trampoline. Before sending it to us, they checked that we had not made a mistake in our measurements.

At the end of the order, I had the possibility to make a referral for friends, giving them ***% discounts. However, it was impossible to fill in the email addresses of the people to refer. So, no referral possible. I am disappointed because I have friends who would have liked to order...

I am satisfied with my order. I have not yet been able to set up the trampoline and I hope that no part will be missing because the package arrived damaged (reported to your services). I had the opportunity to call you and the person I spoke with was very kind and responsive. The only downside will be on the delivery. The company sent a text message indicating a delivery date, then another saying that the delivery could not be finalized and asking to schedule another one via a number. Unfortunately, when I wanted to make the request, the number was unknown!! And in the end, I found the package (ballast bags) in my mailbox... packaging well damaged but fortunately the bags are intact.

Kudos to France trampoline, I made a mistake in the order. I opened the package and tried to set up the net several weeks after receipt. It was not suitable. After a phone call, they indicated the reference compatible with the trampoline (which was purchased 7-8 years ago already!). I returned the net and the new one was delivered to me very quickly. The only small criticism is that the bottom hooks are a bit simplistic and come undone when the kids jump a bit hard. The old one had hooks that held better.

Ordering on the site is very simple and well described. The quality of the product is excellent, assembly is simple if you are a bit handy. Weak point, the delivery service, really bad. The schedule, or can we say the time slot was not respected. Too bad.

The trampoline is very well designed in terms of net placement (poles on the outside). However, the assembly instructions need to be revised, I had to guess how to assemble certain elements myself.

The delivery person left the package (80kg) at the foot of the truck and Ciao! figure it out! Other than that everything was perfect 😉
