I contacted France trampoline regarding a warranty operation for a trampoline part, so a standard exchange. My request was processed in a very reasonable time despite the current confinement situation. An email exchange, then a phone call, everything went super well, the cushion was delivered to my home in record time. A positive point in addition to the excellent quality of the trampoline we purchased last year, BRAVO!!

Spare part difficult to find on the site (as it is no longer the same). Equivalent reference indicated after message exchange. Received quickly given the circumstances. The replacement reference seems to me to be of better quality.

Very good service. Informed advice from a consultant over the phone. However, the initial delivery time was supposed to be 4 weeks and we received it after 2 weeks. The assembly is well explained but takes a bit of time.

We bought our trampoline 8 years ago; very solid, never moved, good quality but has deteriorated with the weather conditions as it was never stored or disassembled the net. That's why we ordered a new net and frame to fully enjoy our Jump 360 trampoline again.
I am very happy with the service, I was advised on the parts to repair my trampoline and was sent a basket already ready to validate. In the end, the trampoline is like new!
Very professional, attentive to the customer
I needed to contact them before the purchase to ensure I was ordering the right product (replacement jumping mat) that I needed and before delivery (lockdown period delaying it). Both times, I was welcomed well and received clear, precise answers that later proved to be correct. Package arrived in very good condition. I only gave 4 stars because the paint from the designs on the mat slightly stained the children's synthetic clothes; too bad.

Hello, To this day I still have not received the 4 stakes ordered. I sent you a message by email but have not yet received a response. I also contacted the company that delivered to me but... no stakes. Could you please search for the whereabouts of the stakes?
We received the order on April 8th, noticed a defect in the net and reported it by email that evening.......still no response!!!!!
I had difficulty getting information about the order... the shipment was very long without any information, to this day I still have not received all the ordered products, but I have been billed and charged
