Super professional and responsive. Following the storm, the straps on my trampoline gave way. Damage limited to one tube of the perimeter. Customer service identified my trampoline from 2012. Delivery the next day. Trampoline repaired immediately.

To date, we have not received any other comments on this specific point, but we take your experience very seriously. The manual normally details the different steps for installing the cable, and explanatory videos are also available on our product sheets to assist with the assembly.

The order was placed by phone. Friendly, pleasant and good advice staff. The only "hic" is not the responsibility of France Trampoline but of the carrier DPD who never contacted me and left the packages in front of my gate in my absence. Fortunately, I wasn't away for the weekend. I expressed my "surprise" to them.
Very happy. The package arrived very quickly and the zip line is great.
These are not exactly the same springs as the original ones but they are the correct size to replace the broken ones.
