Super customer service, my contact proceeded to a free return of the product that turned out to be defective, however there was a delivery problem: I never received the package!
Disappointing customer service Our trampoline broke two days after arriving at our home due to a gust of wind even though it was anchored to the ground. No gesture to compensate us, nothing 2 days after the purchase.
Contacted by the delivery person but does not respond when called back. Result: Product delivered on a day of absence. Moreover, one package was missing. Photo of an ordered lot on the site but the package does not include all the elements of the lot.
Order placed on 07/04/23 for a new jumping mat. Package received on 07/25/23! whereas it is stated delivery between 2 and 5 days delivery by mistake from France trampoline of a safety net instead of the jumping mat and with absolute insistence to receive the return to the store of this net before resending my mat due to this delivery delay, my grandchildren who come only once a year to Evian could not use this trampoline and left very disappointed and I extremely upset. Despite my repeated calls, the sales service did nothing to activate what they call 'their procedure' namely photos of the wrong item, recovery of this net, control upon arrival on their part before finally resending my jumping mat a week after my order
Very disappointed with the item: basketball hoop for trampoline, whose circle is no longer straight at all, after just a few days.
Trampoline delivered damaged: two twisted and crushed structure bars. Called customer service, but no technician available, just a salesperson asking me to call back later. I had to redo the two structure bars myself with a mallet, grinder, and metal drill..
I ordered a cover and springs and there are no springs
The last order does not fit our trampoline because apparently your mats do not match the size!!! Moreover, the ad suggests that the tarps are delivered with the springs, unfortunately this is not the case! We can no longer use our trampoline since the last delivery.

We installed the bags this weekend… mediocre quality, you fill one bag and it cracks… result, 3 cracked sausages. Move along
Your product is absolutely not of quality. The seams are coming apart one by one... 0/20. You are putting children in danger. Your fabric is not secure: especially at the seams. They are not strong.. I advise you to invest in reinforcing the seams. Best regards.
We installed the equipment this spring while scrupulously following the instructions, but this summer the bottom strap broke suddenly while my children are young and light. Not even 6 months of installation with little use. Given the selling price, it is really poor quality.
Strap to tighten the zip line is useless. The length of the strap is too short for the circumference of a tree. Impossible to tighten my 50m zip line. The ratchet of the strap is of poor quality, it's a toy, in short, I lost ***€.
Very disappointed with the level of sales service. I sent photos of my trampoline for the seller to help me find the right safety net. He directed me to the wrong product, which was poorly suited for my trampoline.

I ordered a new net once received at home it was torn. After several phone calls, photos and responses - a lot of work - the person is absent - call back Monday.. I finally had a person who, seeing the photos sent, finally sent me another one. But it took time.
Delivery time was way too long. More than 15 days after the order. Moreover, the package arrived torn with missing parts.

2 out of 3 cushions are damaged after at least 1 day. The seams do not hold!
I would not order there a second time! Wrong advice! Poor customer service! I consulted the company by phone because I was unsure about the size of the hammock for the climbing dome. I then ordered the recommended size... unfortunately it was (as almost expected) too large, so it always touches the ground! After contacting customer service, I was told that I could place a new order and return the wrong one - all with high shipping costs at my expense. No apology or goodwill for the company's wrong advice. NEVER AGAIN!
Quality of service is terrible. Exclusive France Trampoline product, ordered on 03/11/21, shipped on 28/12/21!! Shameful for a manufacturer’s products and at *** on top of that. No commercial gesture, no apology... I do not recommend.

The announced deadlines are not respected and assumed. We purchased a ninja course, 2 jump'up 360 trampolines, accessories, and spare parts about 8 months ago due to a violent weather episode. You refused to send us an invoice including the trampoline purchased in December 2020 and the accessories purchased a month later (they were not available at the time of the trampoline purchase), to facilitate a partial refund from the insurance. Moreover, the price of the trampoline has increased by 20% in 6 months and you did not want to make a commercial gesture. You will understand our dissatisfaction.
The product is very disappointing compared to the old one. Seems very fragile. There are already 3 broken hooks
According to customer service, I did not provide any incorrect information when ordering a replacement jumping mat, yet the mat did not fit my trampoline. I had to return it and received the message that I would only be partially refunded. I cannot understand this, as the mat was not used and was returned in its original packaging. Order placed in April announced for delivery at the end of May and postponed to August without warning. Disappointed by the lack of professionalism regarding the delivery
Order received one month late, incomplete, got lost in delivery, delivered to another department, we had to arrange with the person who received it on our behalf to retrieve the material.
The net received does not correspond to the old one which was only 2 years old: zipper instead of a double Velcro closure with 3 hooks much more practical with a larger and safer opening; moreover, our trampoline is black and red and the closure of the new net is green and white which detracts from the aesthetics of the whole while this was a criterion in the choice of our trampoline of which we are otherwise very satisfied. As for the delivery time (three months), it is not attributable to France Trampoline but it has accentuated our disappointment.
There is no return label for exchanges. The shipping costs were only refunded upon request.
Very very disappointed with the green protection pad Ø 366 which tore on one side at the very first use!! The pad delivered with the trampoline was of much better quality. A commercial gesture would be greatly appreciated
Product very long to install. You must not follow the provided inclination at the risk of injuring a child. Way too dangerous for a child under 6 in any case. I went straight into the tree on the first use because the brake is too short, I fractured my foot, customer service was not concerned because 'the instructions are normal'
I placed an order in early May. My package was lost by the carrier. To date, 1.5 months later, I have neither received my item nor been compensated!

Package blocked at the customs service of Reunion. Reason: the invoice does not appear; nor the sender (according to them). They are asking me to provide them with the product invoice, which I have not yet had time to find. It would be good to send it to them so they can see it; I don't know if they do it on purpose, but it penalizes me while I am not at fault, sorry.
