The order and shipping service is very good. However, we are disappointed with the product.
Delay and especially damaged
We ordered 3 items, trampoline mat, surround and springs. The springs were missing upon delivery
The product is very good, the assembly instructions need to be completely revised, the person who wrote it couldn't assemble the trampoline with it!!! And as for the carrier, it was a disaster, he comes to deliver to a private individual with a huge truck and leaves the package by the roadside, a pallet of 350 kgs!!! And on top of that, he is very unpleasant. If I had been informed that I would be delivered by the roadside, I would not have ordered the product. Consequently, I am not satisfied with the delivery.
12 years ago, I chose France Trampoline for the quality of the material, which has been confirmed. I have made other orders that were of good quality. This last order does not meet the brand's level of requirement. I am deeply disappointed to find that the parts are of mediocre quality and significantly inferior to the original parts. Very low-end and of poor resistance.
Horrible assembly. Very complicated, really minimal instructions compared to Decathlon, for example. I hope we are paying for the quality of the material because so far I am rather disappointed. Moreover, we broke the rod that needs to be slid into the net to hold it up on the poles…

I bought a zip line and upon delivery I realized that I would not be able to install it. I did not open the box and returned the package. I paid 22€ for the return of the package, that's one thing, however, 8€ was deducted from my refund for logistics fees and I find that unfair knowing that the package was not even opened...
After 6 weeks of shipping time, I finally received the net I ordered. Inferior quality and smaller than the original net. But with such a long shipping time, you are just happy to get anything.
I received the net surrounding the trampoline for the correct diameter but not for the correct number of posts. My trampoline has 6 and I received a model for 8 posts. It took some back and forth for 4 posts. Quite unpleasant, the little kids arrived, too late to change!!!
Not so easy to assemble. Moreover, a big problem since the green and white band intended to go around is clearly too short, by about 10 cm.
The delivery time was very long for a manufacturer.. I waited over a month for a protective cover for the trampoline. However, the product is top quality, the trampoline is like new after 8 years of jumping with this cover replacement! I can only recommend your brand!
I needed new rods for a completely normal round trampoline. Unfortunately, these are not really / reasonably flexible. For the price, especially the shipping costs, you could have gotten half a new one :/
This is the second trampoline we have purchased and the quality has really decreased (smaller and thinner tubes, net and jumping mat of lower quality)
The quality of the goods is good, but I find the price a bit high and the delivery time was also a bit long. Unfortunately, there are no spare parts from the manufacturer for our trampoline from Kesser.
Did not respond to complaint/objection. But it works and the kids have fun.
I don't know where the error comes from, but the elastic straps are too short. Our trampoline is the largest in the range.
There are some improvements to be made on the assembly of the trampoline, regarding the fitting of the vertical legs, your tool is useless, not enough grip, I had to use a pair of pliers and then to assemble the protective net the fiberglass arches I had to modify the system my way otherwise impossible to fit the circle and I had to use flat head bolts with nuts to hold the entire steel structure at the holes otherwise the rest is fine.
Overall a nice trampoline. Unfortunately, it squeaks after a few weeks and the 'borders' do not hold up unfortunately.
Hello, assembling the 3.00m dome cannot be done with 2 people in 1 hour, but at least 3 people in 2 hours. For the hammock, impossible to set it up as a hammock (upper part in the dome) because the carabiners are missing! Yet they are well mentioned in the assembly guide. Disappointed... Otherwise, the structure looks sturdy and is aesthetic, we'll see over time.
It was difficult for us without German customer service. The delivery took a very long time. Communication was difficult. Delivery was complicated. 3 delivery attempts due to wrong packages.
Quality rather mediocre compared to the original cushion. Given the price, I expected much better! It is certain that it will not last as long. Moreover, the edges do not hold at all. With each use, the 'skirt' of the cushion has to be put back around the frame. I never had this issue with the original cushion. Very disappointed!

Hello, as mentioned on the phone, your site has major cybersecurity issues and poses risks to its customers. If I hadn't already been a customer with you, I wouldn't have placed an order. To be able to pay, I had to make a bank transfer because the payment section is not sufficiently secure.
I expected better from France Trampoline for this protective mat purchased to replace the old one. It is clearly the right size but it is a bit oversized which causes significant creases and will quickly weaken the whole. The attachment system has been improved but was not, in my opinion, the priority. However, the skirt is still as useless (it should either be lengthened or removed as it always rides up in the net) and the protective mat remains too soft and too narrow to be really effective. There have been several leg injuries from going between the fabric and the springs on landings, fortunately more fear than harm. Taking inspiration from the protections of a Gymnova trampoline would, in my opinion, be welcome.

Trampoline received quickly but with legs that have paint chips and a non-functional bracket to secure the posts.
The arch does not hold well in the safety net, I have already requested to receive a 10 cm piece to see if it holds better! No positive feedback yet
Very good product, however the materials are much thinner than the old trampolines. I give 3 stars because I find it extremely unfortunate that it is so expensive to buy a whole trampoline rather than the parts to restore the existing one. I don't find it very ecological or economical.
The slide is not good quality, the paint is falling and rust comes up very quickly.

Good product but missing an elastic to attach the cover to the dome.
After two uses, several attachments holding the net under the jumping net are unstitched... incomprehensible.
The safety net purchased there is not what was delivered. Exchange not possible as customer service claims it is the right one, even after several emails with photos. Safety net for diameter 366 cm does not fit on trampoline with diameter 366 cm. Just sad, as it is supposed to serve as protection for children.
I am disappointed by the lack of information regarding the delivery. I did not receive any date for it
Very happy with the swing but disappointed with the deck chair as no carabiner was provided in the box so it is impossible to attach it to the dome and use it.

Order tracking: a bit laborious, the announced deadline was not respected and the responses to requests for information required follow-ups on my part. Product: quite complicated to put the springs and the first level of bounce is lower compared to the previous trampoline of the same brand... to be confirmed with the return of good weather
The products delivered to me do not exactly match what I was looking for; mainly dimension issues (these are Ninja courses and other games to be fixed in trees). I should have contacted the company for advice. I don't know how to buy online, without seeing with my own eyes and especially without discussing with a salesperson.
