Correct price, delivery within a normal timeframe

Nothing to report, delivered on time. Package slightly damaged but without damage to the material. Inventory remains to be done upon our return from our trips until the end of June. Package waiting in a safe place.

Satisfied with my order at France trampoline but the delivery service leaves much to be desired as there was no appointment and a phone call 15 minutes before the delivery person's arrival. I could not receive the package as I was absent due to a death and I found my order on a pallet in front of my gate because the delivery person could not come back. Fortunately, the package was in good condition and compliant. So I am not happy with the delivery.

Very responsive customer service, the net was not available, I was provided with a superior quality one at the same price. All spare parts can be easily found even years later as our trampoline is 4 years old. I recommend, quality product and a team that answers the phone top!!
