The products are good, the contacts are very attentive, but the delivery is terrible: it took 3 shipments and 1 month to receive everything (first package too fragile that disintegrated in transport with the loss of 4 springs out of 10, second package in cardboard but with ... 3 springs out of 4 ..., third package for the last spring that had the wrong postal code!!) Conclusion: never use Colissimo. Best regards

Second trampoline purchased, the first lasted 6 years, the mat was changed once (spring seams were coming loose), intensive use all year round outside by the sea, secured by strong winds.
