Very good site, very good material, my trampoline has been outside for 5 years. Only the elastics are loose. I placed an order for the net and received it within the week. Very good provider in sales and after-sales. Now I will change the springs next year.

Order of parts from customer service for trampoline. Good advice on the phone, efficient and received quickly. (The net posts are sold in 2 parts of your choice... don't hesitate to call customer service)

Following a defect that appeared after 8 months of use on a jumping mat, I contacted customer service providing the corresponding photos. They immediately responded and proposed an exchange under warranty. About a week between my complaint and the receipt of the new mat. Nothing to complain about, excellent service.

The products are well described, the telephone sales service is available and takes requests into account. Product received within the announced timeframe. Very good evaluation of service quality. A small regret but it concerns the product and not the service (hence the 4*). Lack of rigidity in the structure of the trampoline in the 4.3m version. This product deserves the structure proposed for the 4.9m (larger diameter tubes)

Very good product, except for the anchoring kit which is a bit light and has a strap system that is not practical at all. Ratchets would have been much quicker for me as I move the trampoline every time I mow.

Product that seems to be of excellent quality: perfect size, very pleasant bounce. The product arrived very quickly (4 days after order). The instructions were clear, and the assembly went well, despite a bit of hassle with the structure. I am very satisfied with the product, much less with the delivery: absolutely rude and obnoxious delivery person, who literally threw my package into the garden, unacceptable... I sent an email to the delivery platform, I certainly received no response.
