Efficiency, speed, friendliness. Second trampoline purchased, the first lasted 6 years, the mat was changed once (spring seams were coming loose), intensive use all year round outside by the sea, secured by strong winds. Let's hope the second larger one lasts longer. Ease of obtaining spare parts. Fast delivery.

One point deduction for the delivery, which took 1-2 days longer through "Wunschtermin.de" and since the driver did not notify the shipment 30 minutes in advance by phone as agreed, we happened to be home. We already bought a trampoline in 2018 and were satisfied and we just bought the Ninja course. One of the elements did not seem very well finished and we sent photos to customer service who immediately sent us a replacement item without any problem.

Very good material at first glance. Easy to assemble. The only downside regarding an accessory ordered additionally, the anchoring kit... one of the 4 straps came loose as soon as it was set up while the other 3 were perfect... surely a mistake on my part. Very good service, I highly recommend
