I bought a trampoline cover that unfortunately cost me 4 times its price. Indeed, upon arrival of the product, I had the unpleasant surprise of having to pay additional fees (in addition to customs fees) even though the DHL transport fees were already exorbitant ***€ (2 times the price of the product)

France Trampoline Service very fast. The site is quite clear. Many explanatory videos for the assemblies: effective!!! Regarding the purchase of spare parts, it would be interesting if you could make suggestions for parts to check if they need replacement.
The delivery service could be improved: the provider refuses to drop off packages if the location is not directly accessible with their transport vehicle....... fortunately, the neighbors are understanding...

Tent set up on a 3.65m trampoline from ***. Despite a rather light assembly guide, it is quite easy to set up, you just need to know how to use your hands and your head. Quality tent, easily foldable in case of strong winds without having to dismantle everything. I highly recommend, very good value for money!
