The quality of the product is really great. My daughters are having a blast. It's true that the price is quite high but for now we are really not disappointed, we'll see in the long run. Just a little 'issue' upon reception because the delivery person did not want to go further than my sidewalk while I have a driveway and I live in the city center, plus I was alone at home with my children, it was impossible for me to carry it alone given the weight, but this is only related to the delivery.

This trampoline brings joy to our two children who now spend hours outside and much less time in front of screens. Sturdy trampoline, excellent bounce quality. For assembly, take your time, mix the documentation with the video. Expect more than 4 hours.

Very competent telephone contact when inquiring whether the jumping mat is also suitable as a replacement mat for a trampoline (Linofant) with a 4.25 m outer diameter / 88 grommets and approx. 18 cm long springs. Helpful support during the order. Timely delivery and well packaged. Jumping mat sewn cleanly 6 times at the spring attachments. The trampoline works almost better than with the old jumping cloth (so far). I will shop here again if I need something from the dealer's offer because you can also inquire by phone. Clear purchase recommendation for the product and the service.

Order placed by phone, very good advice (just needed spare parts) and especially very good products (trampoline bought here 8 years ago, the main structure is still in excellent condition, the jumping mat is only just starting to show signs of wear). The only complaint concerns the delivery (the carrier does not notify either the day or the time of delivery), however, delivery was quick (4 days).

The only negative remark is that I have already seen trampolines of this brand at friends' houses and their net had a zipper closure. On mine, the closure system is more complicated and the passage is very narrow. This system is not practical...
