Disappointed because the shoe rack is not suitable for the Ovalie 360.

Satisfied with my order at France trampoline but the delivery service leaves much to be desired as there was no appointment and a phone call 15 minutes before the delivery person's arrival. I could not receive the package as I was absent due to a death and I found my order on a pallet in front of my gate because the delivery person could not come back. Fortunately, the package was in good condition and compliant. So I am not happy with the delivery.

Very responsive customer service, the net was not available, I was provided with a superior quality one at the same price. All spare parts can be easily found even years later as our trampoline is 4 years old. I recommend, quality product and a team that answers the phone top!!

Following a defect that appeared after 8 months of use on a jumping mat, I contacted customer service providing the corresponding photos. They immediately responded and proposed an exchange under warranty. About a week between my complaint and the receipt of the new mat. Nothing to complain about, excellent service.

Hello, when ordering, the item did not appear to be restocking and the delivery date was indicated as May 17. I contacted your service to find out when I would be delivered, and it was then that your logistics provider sent me a message on May 16 that the appointment could not be made to honor May 17, even though I had made personal arrangements to receive it. It was finally received on the 21st. I had to organize other arrangements for my son's birthday on May 19. I sent a complaint to your service and am waiting for confirmation of the sending of a replacement item.

The products are well described, the telephone sales service is available and takes requests into account. Product received within the announced timeframe. Very good evaluation of service quality. A small regret but it concerns the product and not the service (hence the 4*). Lack of rigidity in the structure of the trampoline in the 4.3m version. This product deserves the structure proposed for the 4.9m (larger diameter tubes)
