It's true that once assembled, the trampoline looks great and is impressive. But the assembly is far from being as easy as in the online help videos. In particular, the famous 'exclusive' T-junctions only fit very difficultly with some other parts. Contacted, the customer service encouraged us to assemble them with force. A few well-placed hammer blows got it done. But the assembly that should have taken an afternoon ended up taking several days. And the trampoline is probably no longer fully dismountable now.

I called France trampoline who found me in their customer service after 9 years, and who gave me the correct size of the net that I ordered and received 2 or 3 days later. We have had a trampoline for 7 years and it is perfect!!! This year we replaced the protective net that was worn out by the sun and now it seems like we have a new trampoline.
