Very good product, easy assembly, fast delivery

Part of the material arrived damaged. 3 of the 5 plastic pieces, located at the top of the metal rods, arrived broken. The packaging was not well done enough. These plastic pieces could have been better protected, as they are very fragile.

Our trampoline is 10 years old and is still in good condition with a few basic replacements. We take care of it, that's all! And we've never had an accident... even when there are too many children on it! And it also serves as a lounge for the kids when it's too hot to jump... (Very happy with our purchase for our 8 grandchildren who are now 14 and 9 years old!)

The product is perfect, but I was very disappointed with the delivery conditions. The chosen provider asks the customer to be present one day during the week between 8 am and 7 pm, without at least being able to guarantee a delivery in the morning or the afternoon before the morning of the delivery itself. In short, either you take a whole day off just for that, or... too bad for you! I wrote to France Trampoline to report it, but no response... disappointing!

The product I bought is perfect. but I paid an extra fee for fast delivery, Chronopost 20, my package arrived 5 days later...

Unfortunately, there were transport damages, but these were resolved uncomplicatedly or replacement parts were delivered. Thank you for that.
