Order received very quickly, good communication with customer service. However, regarding the maximum weight supported by the trampoline, not very clear: label on the trampoline Max 120kg, in the manual 15kg, on the site 35 kg, after inquiry with customer service finally 25 kg.

The product after a few days of use seems very good. My dissatisfaction comes from the delivery time which was not respected and the price of the product: for a delivery to Switzerland, the shipping + customs + VAT costs almost as much as the trampoline itself. This should be made much clearer when ordering! This trampoline (Ovaline 430) cost us: ***€ (trampoline) ***€ (shipping + customs fees) ***€ (VAT + customs fees on the Swiss side) In summary, my neighbors who wanted to order the same quickly abandoned the idea and I advise against continuing deliveries to Switzerland at this price under the risk of receiving numerous complaints!
