Serious company, quality material, all spare parts are available so that trampolines can be maintained for a long time and that's a real plus.

The shipping was punctual. Both trampoline technology and the carrier contacted us if there were any problems. The trampoline was well packaged and complete. The assembly required several hands and we needed a few hours until the trampoline was set up. However, it is very robust and high quality and the kids are already doing their flips. They are totally thrilled.

Replacement protection cushion different from the original. Absence of the protective skirt which, in my opinion, better protected access to the springs. Otherwise, quite thick

This is the 3rd spring cover we buy. Compared to the others, we quickly noticed that the material was not like the others. The others looked like a tarp for covering a barbecue or something... this one seems solid. We'll see over time, we just installed it.
