The product was out of stock but there was no urgency on my side, I was informed from the start that there would be quite a long delay. Subsequently, the restocking information was communicated correctly, the packaging of the package was impeccable. Product conforms to the ordered model and corresponds to my trampoline. The protective net has slightly changed since the original model but fits perfectly. Quality material and easy to install. I highly recommend this brand, for its design quality but also and especially for the spare parts that are available even after years of purchasing the initial model!

Happy with the service and the treatment. But I had a problem with the straps of the protection band, 2 hooks broke, they are very thin, when placing it, I have mentioned several times for them to send me replacements since the band lifts and to date they have not sent me anything, my grandchildren are coming in October and they can get hurt. I bought it at the end of August. I trust you to send me 3 replacements otherwise I will instruct the bank not to pay the last receipt until I have those hooks in my possession. Sincerely ***

After reporting it, France Trampoline quickly organized the return and prepared the shipment of a new net. This time it was the right one. I think the problem comes more from the manufacturer: the net did not correspond to a model sold by France Trampoline despite the correct product reference. So a serious site that you can trust.

In a word: perfect! Trampoline ordered on Monday, received and installed on Thursday! The price is a bit higher (and still, not much more...) than other models sold on Amazon but nothing to compare in terms of quality: this one seems much more robust and safe (more springs, thicker tubes, etc.). Super easy to assemble with the instructions in French. The kids love it! I rarely leave reviews online but here, I am so happy with my experience and my purchase that I highly recommend it!
