I contacted France Trampoline for information regarding our 360 trampoline, they were very good advisors. However, I find it unfortunate that the anchoring kit and the protective cover are not sold systematically with it. I also want to mention that the fixing collars between the bars holding the protective net and the lower part are a bit flimsy, I broke one while tightening the lock nut. Otherwise, everything seems to be of good quality (the instructions are very well explained). I do 10 minutes of trampoline every other day, the kids, I won't even mention, and we love it. THANK YOU France Trampoline I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!
