I appreciated that the salespeople contacted me by phone after I placed my order online to verify the spare parts I had ordered. The only small downside is that the diameter of the delivered posts is not the same diameter as my old ones, which made their installation more complicated.

Easy assembly but the quality of the instructions could be improved regarding the attachment of the hooks of the protective band for the springs.
