Meh, At the time of my order, the basketball hoop offered as a gift did not get validated. I had an online advisor just after who told me she would add it to the delivery pallet, but that was not done. It's a bit meh.

Then the product is okay, except that for a 80 spring jump mat ordered, the one we received has 81 rings!! this is not very disturbing in itself, but it creates a wrinkled area at that spot. Very good quality trampoline, not more expensive than elsewhere and easy to assemble. I really recommend, you can order with your eyes closed. Just the delivery person who is not very friendly, the boxes very damaged and dropped right in front of the doorbell... and the trampoline (which is very heavy) had to be built at the back of the garden (75m away) when we have a path that allows entry with the truck.
