Very serious.
I am rather satisfied, except for the announced delivery times of 3 weeks of production... A few days before the end of the 3 weeks I receive an email informing me that it will actually be almost 2 months (surely due to overloaded production scheduling).... I had to respond expressing my disappointment for the deadline to be shortened. If the deadline had been announced from the start (not a few days before the date I thought I would receive the package), I could have been more understanding.
Quality service, received on time, gift arrived at the right moment, waiting for use.

Okay except for the delivery point too far from our home.
Super trampoline of good quality, fast delivery. A bit tedious to assemble even with two adults, plan for a good half day. The children are thrilled! They jump 'super high'.

No issues, just need to assess the quality in use considering a real evolution of the purchased product (protective cover).
We haven't opened the packages yet since the children are not on site, this will happen during January, thank you.
