After-sales service on trampoline: incorrect technical advice, delivered product incompatible and dangerous, return was okay. New order, once again proposed solution incompatible, fortunately we checked... 1st delivery: package arrived completely destroyed (burst + broken parts): refused 2nd delivery: package once again burst and damaged parts: I kept the product out of despair, it is usable although damaged. A lot of hassle for not much...

I ordered samples for a future order, fast delivery and as expected.
As of today (3 weeks after purchase and assembly), we are very satisfied with the product. The contact with the carrier for the appointment and delivery was impeccable. The assembly went well too, no major difficulties. The trampoline is of superior quality to our previous model (***). As a parent, I appreciate the very sturdy double door. The little one is having a blast and our acrobat is having a great time. I also jump on it from time to time and it holds up well. Good value for money. We will recommend it.

We compared it for kings, we bought it to be outside, so we will wait until March to set it up. For now, the service to send it was good
Following the return service, disappointing handling on the first contact. On the second contact, you managed to assess the situation of the request. And the after-sales service was carried out. Regarding the delivery, the driver showed up in the morning while the appointment was made for the afternoon. He left a message saying that the second visit would be charged because no one was present during the delivery. After a call, he returned in the afternoon without extra cost. This nonetheless leaves a rather negative feeling about the overall service. However, I want to emphasize the quality of the material from France trampoline as it is present with many of my acquaintances, which is why despite everything I would reorder from them if I need a new trampoline.
