Thank you for your advice on ordering the right size. There was just a missing manual to assemble the net. I had to search on YouTube and cut the old net to get the tubes out.

We bought a large trampoline of 5.30 m for over *** euros in April. About six months later, a small hole formed in the jumping mat. Unfortunately, I do not know how that could happen. I reported it to Trampolin Technik. About 1 hour later, I received an email requesting a better photo. A day later, I received an email with the pleasant news that it was a warranty case and a new one would be sent to us. The whole process was very friendly, quick, and uncomplicated. A week later, my daughter could return to her favorite activity. It would be better to make it with folding legs so we could store it more quickly and it works very well for exercising at home whenever we want.... The buried trampoline requires more work than a classic trampoline but the result is worth it. Long assembly but not so complicated, however, it is advisable to have two people. The product seems to be of good quality but recent purchase to be confirmed over time. A good customer service

We are a family of four, my two children (who use the trampoline the most), my wife and I, and we are all delighted: elasticity, protection, etc. Things to improve: - The assembly took 4 hours, not 1.5 hours as stated in the instructions (I know this is normal, but I think they should extend the hours stated in the instructions). - The springs make quite a bit of noise (it would be nicer with less noise from them).
