Timely service, material packed in excellent condition and ease of assembly. My children aged 11, 9, and 7 jump on it continuously every day and the hold is incredible!!! Highly recommended!!!!

The delivery was made quickly, on the day and at the scheduled time. The packages to be picked up are indeed heavy and require two people to handle them. The assembly is easy to understand but still requires a bit of muscle (mom + young teen = not enough strength). No additional material, other than what is provided, is required. No technical problems hindered us, only the lack of strength (to spread and then engage the legs, then to stretch the springs). However, once assembled, we had to move it, which turned out to be surprisingly easy: operation doable by 2. Assembled right after delivery, immediately used. The diameter of 3.50m is sufficient for fun and doing tricks (even for older teens). It is stable and completely meets our expectations.
