Very happy with the customer service. It is very easy to reach someone. However, one of the recommended products was the flexible fiberglass bow; it would be wise to specify that it is sold without the elastic cord inside... a somewhat absurd thing!

Was not in stock but I could order it and I was kept informed. What was unfortunate was that it arrived wrinkled - the long pipes were somewhat carelessly shoved into a too-small box, and they are still not as nice as they should be. But otherwise everything is okay.
