Very satisfied with France trampoline, as they were responsive to my delivery problem. But the choice of the carrier Chronopost is disappointing as they are really not very serious at all.

We ordered a trampoline mat with a special size that we couldn't find anywhere else. The delivery was quick and the product was perfect. They sent us a confirmation email from France Trampoline to ask for specific details - first the e-mail went to junk mail. After the confirmation, the delivery was quick!

I needed new rods for a completely normal round trampoline. Unfortunately, these are not really / reasonably flexible. For the price, especially the shipping costs, you could have gotten half a new one :/
