We ordered a model with a diameter of 2.50 m. 2 days later, realizing our mistake, we were able to modify our order without any problem thanks to the kindness of our contact, to replace it with an order of a smaller diameter. Thank you for allowing this modification. The delivery took place within the deadlines without any problems.

We find the quality of the trampoline very good. We were very satisfied with accessibility, willingness to provide information, and advice. We were less satisfied with the shipping in ***. Unfortunately, I had to organize someone to wait at home for 4 hours during regular working hours until delivery. However, the trampoline techik cannot be blamed for that.

Hello After realizing that 2 pieces were missing for the assembly of the trampoline, I contacted customer service. I was very well received and my request was immediately taken into account. I was trusted and I must admit that it is very pleasant to be heard. Not only did the person online notify the error but also corrected it very quickly. I received the parts within 2 days following my call. It is quite rare for customer service to be so professional, so I wanted to give my opinion.

Fast shipping, prompt and efficient assistance

The carrier did not deliver within the scheduled time slot (8am - 11am), indicated by email that I would be delivered on the scheduled day (so waiting on site all day) then at 7pm a new email stating that I would not be delivered on the scheduled day but the next day without specifying hours... ultimately delivery at 4pm the day after the scheduled day. On the delivery slip, the instructions for delivery to the neighbor in case of absence were not indicated: they were on the package that the delivery person probably did not check...
