Very good product and delivered quickly by France trampoline. Just the delivery service is a bit limited...: does not show up at the right address and sends you a message saying that if you are not there when the delivery person returns, you will be charged *** for the delivery... luckily I ran into the delivery person further up the street...

The trampoline is very good... We are very happy with the product! The downside is on the 'commercial' side. We found the offer unclear because we thought we would benefit from the internet offer of July with the free Trampofoot... except that we ordered during a sale period! We thought we would benefit from both... and unfortunately not! Ultimately, the sales were less advantageous than the Trampofoot offer, which left us with a bit of a bitter taste!!! (about *** euros on the site, while we saved *** euros on the trampoline...) In short, sales that are not really sales!!! Too bad!

We were very well advised before our purchase, quick delivery, quality material and quality customer service. Indeed, we received our order with a small hole in the safety net and we quickly received a replacement net within 3 days and at no cost.

I had some questions for the provider, which were answered within a few hours. The delivery took place in a few days. It is of very good quality. I can only recommend this trampoline.

We took an Initio 430 trampoline, apart from a small logistics hiccup (which was very well managed, by the way), the material is rather correct, no particular problem for assembly (instructions are quite clear), however, you need two people to assemble the safety net. In short, no issues, good purchase, children delighted of course.

I had requested that the delivery not take place before July 10. On July 6, the delivery person called me saying he was at my door. I obviously wasn't there. The actual delivery then went well at a time when I was there.

The delivery was very good, the quality of the mat was also good, but the only thing is that the assembly instructions should be better, it is quite complicated to assemble it, especially without knowing well where each piece goes. Thank you.
