Easy order, efficient delivery, short delay, very good quality product

I am satisfied with my purchase and the delivery despite the delay as the product was being restocked. The only negative point: difficulty in assembling the net without an assembly note provided.

Very good quality product and I trust its rigidity (already had one before). Very fast shipping and delivery. However, the carrier offers time slots between 9 am and 3 pm!! Worse than EDF or GDF! They ring and leave immediately, not even having time to receive the package.

Nothing to say about the order placement, its payment, and the delivery. However, the delivered products (spare parts: net and protective cushion) are not quite identical to the originals and required some 'DIY' to adapt them to the trampoline (e.g., adjusting the support frames of the net, which had to be repositioned). Moreover, the quality of the cushion does not seem to be the same as that of the original cushion (thinner and lighter). We will have to see about the durability.

It was about replacing the protective net of the trampoline purchased in 2011 as well as 2 caps: - net replacement OK - the diameter of the 2 delivered caps did not match, problem remedied by a new delivery in very quick time. I continue to place my utmost trust in France Trampoline ***
