I am very satisfied with my order. I needed spare parts to repair my trampoline damaged during bad weather and I was perfectly advised to repair it as best as possible and at the lowest cost. The parts arrived within the expected timeframe.

The instructions for assembling the circular structure where the springs are attached are incorrect: it says that the T-tube is assembled at the narrowest part, but it should be done at the wide part because otherwise, it is not possible to assemble the horizontal tubes.

Site sometimes a bit difficult to find the product sought (the pack did not 'appear' using the search engine, or navigating through the tree, I don't remember) Otherwise everything perfect: fast and compliant delivery, clear manual, easy assembly and satisfactory product, without any unpleasant surprises. I recommend

I purchased a trampoline in July 2017. We found a defect in the elastic sheet in June 2018, which we immediately reported. In an equally immediate, kind, and cordial manner, a replacement sheet was sent to me. Excellent and very serious company, absolutely to be recommended.

I ordered a trampoline for my 2 boys aged 4 and 7, they love it. I find it to be of good quality and the children are safe (net, easy to use closure).

Nothing to say, delivered in 48 hours, and good explanatory manual. The 460 is long to install, but what space! It seems to be sturdy, we'll see over time... Very satisfied!

The problem is the delivery! We received the trampoline on June 21, we are on July 13 and the children cannot use the trampoline because there were missing parts in the delivery, damaged package.... so we are still waiting for the missing parts.
