Good advice, good material, we are happy.

I had a lot of trouble finding the right references on the site to order a net and fiberglass bows for a trampoline purchased from you 3 years ago. However, I was perfectly advised by your sales advisors contacted by email who did everything to help me in record response times. It's rare to see this and it deserves to be highlighted.

Careful order and delivery on time. Easy assembly but must be done with at least 2 people. Result is top!!!

Good quality of the product. In terms of price, it would be very appreciated if the ladder and/or a protective cover were included. The weak point: delivery (driver not finding the address, expedited delivery as he did not park correctly, preventing proper control and delivery drop-off at the right place).

Delivered on the scheduled date. All boxes in good condition. No missing or damaged parts. Assembly tutorial available online. Trampoline meets my expectations.

The delivery was relatively quick and everything fit. The trampoline springs that were intended for another purpose did not work, but you as a provider are not to blame for that. So everything is good.

The trampoline is excellent and it was easy to set up with the help of the video on the site. However, they initially sent the wrong trampoline, so they had to do an exchange. It was not ideal to have all my children around the boxes all excited and to tell them that it was not ours. I was expecting a small gift to apologize, but no, with the price paid, you should do better.
