Together we chose by phone the reference that suited me, I greatly appreciated this time-saving, avoiding the return of an inappropriate order. Excellent responsiveness. However, the spare parts selection system on the site for a non-professional needs to be reviewed, too much risk of reference error.

The trampoline is great, well made, and overall of very good quality; I can definitely recommend the trampoline! Unfortunately, there were difficulties with the shipping company, so the delivery took a week longer than announced. Contact with the shipping company was difficult. I would like to highlight the contact with Trampolin Technik. The employees were very eager to help as well and as quickly as possible. I would order there again, but take into account that the delivery might take a bit longer.
