I had some questions for the provider, which were answered within a few hours. The delivery took place in a few days. It is of very good quality. I can only recommend this trampoline.

We took an Initio 430 trampoline, apart from a small logistics hiccup (which was very well managed, by the way), the material is rather correct, no particular problem for assembly (instructions are quite clear), however, you need two people to assemble the safety net. In short, no issues, good purchase, children delighted of course.

I had requested that the delivery not take place before July 10. On July 6, the delivery person called me saying he was at my door. I obviously wasn't there. The actual delivery then went well at a time when I was there.

Response from France Trampoline
Hello, we thank you for your comment and apologize for this inconvenience regarding the delivery of your cushion. Although we strive to provide the best quality of service possible, we are still dependent on the services of carriers, who do their best to ensure delivery meets customer expectations but can sometimes also encounter unforeseen issues. We renew our apologies and remain at your disposal for any questions. The France Trampoline team

The delivery was very good, the quality of the mat was also good, but the only thing is that the assembly instructions should be better, it is quite complicated to assemble it, especially without knowing well where each piece goes. Thank you.

I am very satisfied, as I initially ordered the wrong size and was then called. Now everything fits and I can finally start trampoline training again. Best regards

Very good telephone service to guide us on the choice and after-sales service for some information on assembly; very good quality product. However, I do not recommend the paid option for delivery in 24/48h: for an order placed on Wednesday evening, we went to pick up the product ourselves at the carrier's warehouse the following Tuesday, for fear of waiting at least another 24h (it may not seem like much, but for a birthday gift, it's a bit annoying).

Serious company. I ordered a trampoline mat and was contacted by the company to verify the characteristics of my trampoline. Fortunately, because I had taken the measurements wrong, the help was therefore precious.. I recommend the seller
