Instructions for assembly are understandable and therefore the trampoline was assembled quite quickly. I ordered a protective net and a cover to protect the springs... I had no choice of color. I have a pink flower-shaped trampoline but I could only order in blue. Too bad. The color remains beautiful and vibrant even though it is not the same. Regarding the delivery, DPD did not come to my home despite quite expensive delivery fees. I had to go to a pickup point.

Very pleasant customer service, the order was as simple as can be. Tracking and receipt of the package 3 days later, without a hitch. Regarding the trampoline, it meets all our expectations (and especially those of our children!). Solid structure, well designed, and quite easy to assemble (1.5 to 2 hours for the initial 430). No regrets compared to other cheaper brands, but whose quality can be questionable. Highly recommend!

Very good product and good value for money. Easy assembly. However, it is difficult to find a time slot with your providers for delivery as they do not deliver on Saturdays and give very wide time slots (9am to 3pm)... very difficult when you work... there are now many couriers who are more flexible, that would probably be better for us.

The trampoline is really great and very high quality. I used to jump in a club and therefore looked for a really good trampoline. Delivery was very fast. Assembly instructions could be better, but I watched the assembly video on the website and everything went great with that.
I had a bit of trouble finding the item I was looking for on the website because the references had changed. I therefore wrote an email to receive help. I got answers to my questions by return email and I was able to order the item in question which I received a week later, conforming to the order. I am therefore satisfied.

Very high quality trampoline. My daughters are delighted and so are we. Only downside: a big scare during assembly when we realized we didn't have the right assembly instructions. Fortunately, it was just the instructions. The ordered trampoline was indeed the one we received... phew!
