The phone advice was of high quality: the different representatives took the time to answer my technical questions (sizes of attachments, spacings, diameters of drillings....) but also, and this was greatly appreciated! they were able to give well-informed aesthetic advice. We are very satisfied with the product and the speed of delivery. However, we experienced a natural disaster (strong wind) a few days later that damaged the net. We understand that this is not systematically covered by customer service, but given the short time between the damage and the order, we would have liked a commercial gesture. This was refused to us. A shame for a trampoline of this quality.

Delivery time in accordance with what was announced, yet it is not always guaranteed in Corsica... the product fully meets my expectations and I am not disappointed. My son is having a blast, I also got some small games that are great. Product and quality service

Product that meets our expectations, delivered on time. A small downside, the pallet arrived with damaged packaging, especially the largest box which required checking all the parts in front of the carrier.

Delivered on time. Problem contacting the carrier directly. Good product - Assembling the posts to the trampoline structure would have been easier if the U fasteners were a bit longer. Very good result once assembled.

Perfect product, fast delivery, simple assembly. The only downside is that the delivery person gave me a delivery slot for the entire morning and not for a specific time...

Quick and meets expectations

Very good experience from start to finish. Delivery within a few days, on time, and relatively easy assembly except for the two crossbars to assemble. But nothing dramatic. Large rectangular model. The children are delighted.

Nothing to say about the trampoline, easy assembly and it seems solid. However, the protective cover is poorly adapted; too large.
