Robust and high-quality product. The only downside is that the assembly instructions are not explicit enough. Galvanized tubes with proper numbers would be much more reassuring to start the assembly

Order and payment on 29/06. It is now 22/07 and we still haven't received anything and on top of that, they hang up on us when we dare to say that this is not normal and that we are being treated like fools! The only thing they offer us is to cancel the order and order elsewhere!!! Nice commercial service!

Stayed the whole day for the delivery and it came 2 days after! Also required some sort of compensation for it and got no response.

Shipping deadline respected

I bought a zip line and upon delivery I realized that I would not be able to install it. I did not open the box and returned the package. I paid 22€ for the return of the package, that's one thing, however, 8€ was deducted from my refund for logistics fees and I find that unfair knowing that the package was not even opened...
