Impeccable.

The jumping mat fits perfectly on our old Hudora trampoline, for which there are no original replacement parts anymore. The material feels very good and seems high quality.

Great hammock for the large dome. Only downside: the hammock came with an old instruction stating that you need to attach carabiners (which were not included). After a brief inquiry, the new instructions were sent by email. This slightly dampened the birthday surprise. But since it has been hanging, it is loved!

Material of very good quality, easy assembly. Time to assemble with my wife: 4 hours. Just 3 points to improve: 1/ Getting out of the trampoline is not easy at all, even with the ladder. 2/ The green spring cover, at the ladder level, does not stay in place, I had to use a clamp with bungee to keep it in place. 3/ Improve the assembly instructions for fixing the lower part of the net (there is nothing explaining how to fix it).

Attentive staff and quick response to all questions. After a first contact, all doubts were resolved in just a few hours. Regarding the installation on concrete floor, a change of the anchoring kit for ballast bags was offered, at no extra cost. They took care of the purchase process to register the offer, receiving an email for the payment process. Fast and very easy. The only downside, and NOT related to the trampoline, its management or quality, but to the logistics chain. The trampoline was stuck in Irun from Thursday, August 15 to Thursday, August 22 when it was delivered, a whole week. In my case, since I was only there for 3 weeks on vacation, it bothered me a bit to lose a whole week... We assembled the trampoline between a couple, older than 50 years, with some effort but without major technical problems. So far little use but until now delighted with the product and looking forward to continue enjoying it....
