Very good quality product and I trust its rigidity (already had one before). Very fast shipping and delivery. However, the carrier offers time slots between 9 am and 3 pm!! Worse than EDF or GDF! They ring and leave immediately, not even having time to receive the package.

Nothing to say about the order placement, its payment, and the delivery. However, the delivered products (spare parts: net and protective cushion) are not quite identical to the originals and required some 'DIY' to adapt them to the trampoline (e.g., adjusting the support frames of the net, which had to be repositioned). Moreover, the quality of the cushion does not seem to be the same as that of the original cushion (thinner and lighter). We will have to see about the durability.

It was about replacing the protective net of the trampoline purchased in 2011 as well as 2 caps: - net replacement OK - the diameter of the 2 delivered caps did not match, problem remedied by a new delivery in very quick time. I continue to place my utmost trust in France Trampoline ***

The product was indicated as awaiting restocking at the time of order. The indicated date was respected and the product was delivered very quickly afterwards. The material seems to be of much better quality than our old Jumpking trampoline.

Ordered this trampoline for our daughters, it fully meets our expectations as well as theirs. Ordered easily, delivered quickly, without damage and complete. Clear and complete assembly instructions. We had to contact customer service, which was very prompt in responding and sending stronger elastics than the originals. I recommend this site.
