The trampoline is very well made. It was easy to assemble. From ordering to delivery took a week. The order and email contact was very good. Unfortunately, the shipping company did not arrange a delivery date with me and simply showed up at my door on Monday morning. Fortunately, I was home and could help with unloading. Alone, the supplier would not have been able to unload it at all as the truck was so poorly loaded. He could not lower the pallet with the pallet truck. That was a bit unprofessional. However, he was very friendly.
