Second order with France Trampoline, still very satisfied, very good quality of products, fast delivery.

Very good on the site. Minor inconveniences with the carrier: - appointment by phone where we indicated that a small truck was needed to access the house. - on the day: no delivery. New call: no appointment was actually scheduled!!! So a new appointment was made. - on the delivery day: call from the delivery person asking where he should go. We indicated that he would not be coming. We had to go ourselves to another location. Delivery made from the truck to the car. ... Not great service from the carrier.

Excellent product and serious company. We have had the trampoline for a very short time and so far the service has been great. They even notify us by email about storms or bad weather to protect the trampoline in advance. Very happy.

Initially impossible to order online. Good responsiveness by phone. Careful and fast shipping. Regarding the trampoline itself, good quality. However, very difficult to assemble as it requires strength. Easier with two people. Difficulty installing the surrounding net, had to cut the string. Too bad the instructions are in English!!! Satisfied with the purchase.
