Precise and timely ordering procedure. The phone support was characterized by friendliness and competence. The assembly of the trampoline took quite a long time, so I would recommend considering the possibility of offering assembly service at delivery in the purchase package. Overall, however, more than satisfied... especially my daughter who received it as a gift!

We are very satisfied with our choice. The trampoline meets the strengths presented by France Trampoline. It is easy to assemble, sturdy, and meets safety standards. One downside, the delivery times could not be respected. (carrier issue) I had to pick it up myself!!
